Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale

The beds were comfortable, the size of the room was great. Breakfast was great, lots of options.

Stay included a buffet-style hot breakfast, with pastry and fruit also offered. The location is near the Razorback Baseball stadium. I love that it is close to campus and room is spacious enough to have student and a friend come back to hotel to just hang out with family.

Almost everything was great. People, facilities, and food (breakfast) it was in a very safe neighborhood. There was a pizza place that was really good right across the street and if you are going to a concert at JJ’s , it’s right down the road.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. One star member was headed down the hall in front of us and punched the elevator button then didn't get on. Turns out she saw us with luggage and just hurried to get the button for us. Food available late night was a bonus. Bed was comfy, couch was convenient. I liked the different hooks in places for hanging clothes and jewelry. Separate curtain and shade in window were handy. Slow closure on toilet lid and refrigerator cabinet (no slam) were nice. USB on the alarm clock. Good location near food and shops.

Staff was very nice, room was very clean, meals were great, everything was great except the pricing of the rooms, on booking.com they overcharged me, I could have got it less they charged extra fees, not very happy with that, I will not use booking.com again. I thought it was saved me money but it didn't. Other than that our experience was wonderful except for the prices of booking.com.
